During a group discussion on “Corruption at public offices”, one guy enthusiastically remarked.
“In my Father’s days, they used to identify one or two guys as corrupt.
Now things have changed. It is easy to pin point one or two as non corrupt”.

It can not be generalized but yes corruption is rampant in all Government departments, local bodies and amongst politicians.
